Once an order has been shipped and leaves our shop, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages that may occur during transit. Shipping carriers assume responsibility at that time.

For local pickups, once the order has been collected, we are no longer liable for any damages or issues that may occur afterward.
